He is a Goal-driven leader with 33+ years of experience both with the Government and Industry, in the areas of Sustainable Development, Disaster reduction, Project Management, Business Development, Water Resources Management, Ground Water Management, Groundwater Modeling Expert, Capacity Building and Environmental Management. First 15Years as a Senior Scientist and Head of Department, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India and contributed towards client development and resource generation for research and development. Next 9 years as a Subject Matter Expert for managing Sustainability, Environment and Water Resources in six countries with Coca-Cola as Senior Manager. During 2014-16 worked as a Vice-President (Risk and Insurance) managing a business unit with 60 associates, 30 global projects and USD 8 million+ budget.

A keen administrator with expertise in devising policies and directives, managing operations with focus on achieving the organization’s mission and strategic direction by developing annual business plans, tracking and peer reporting. Experience in coordinated planning, development, and execution of Projects, within given budget by stringent expense control by CAPEX and OPEX management. Proficient in usage of ICT Tools for Integrated Water Resources Management, Natural Resources Management, Community Participation, Geographical Information Systems, Private Public Partnerships, Information Interchange, Data Base Design and development, Systems  Integration. Building key strategic alliances, partnerships and ensuring resource management.  Sound knowledge of various Statutory Acts and interfacing with regulators and NGOs.  A team builder with honed communication, interpersonal, relationship management and coordination skills while ensuring OSH compliance. Lead consultant for funded projects from World Bank, Asian Development Bank and United Nations Development Program along with various national and regional governments for disaster risk reduction, hazard, and vulnerability assessment.
